The renter must hold a valid European Driving License or an International Driving Permit, issued at least one calendar year prior to rental date. All drivers (including any additional drivers) must hold a “valid” driver’s license as well.

A valid driving license for all declared drivers -issued at least one calendar year prior to pick up date. Non Romanized Driving licenses or originating from countries not part of the European Union, must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit and an official translation. Renters comping from countries not parted in the European Union, must hold any valid - government issued - secondary form of Identification such as a passport.

The rental day is calculated through an 24-hour base, with a grace period of 2 hours after the declared drop off or pick up time. In case of late drop off more than 2 hours, another rental day will be charged.

My Car Rental operates on a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We will enforce a special cleaning charge to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special treatment to remove any evidence of smoking.

Yes, but the additional driver must be declared on the rental contract with an additional daily charge to be paid locally. The second driver must also provide his/her valid driving license as well issued at least one year prior the rental date. This can be done at any My Car Rental location throughout the rental period.

"Same to same" you should return the vehicle with fuel as much as when you received it. If the fuel is less you will have to pay the difference.
